The 2018-2019 M League Season is the second season to M League. All teams were required to have at least one female team member. All rosters are the same, with the addition of added team members. Plus a new team was added, the KADOKAWA Sakura Knights, who drafted a complete roster of three team members. The season opened on September 30, 2019. The regular season consists of 90 hanchan, followed by six semifinal and six final hanchans.

The regular season ran from September 30, 2019 to March 9, 2020. Each team played out 90 hanchan. In the regular season standings, the top six teams move on to a semifinal series to determine the top four teams into the final series.
