United Kingdom Mahjong Association (UKMA) is a mahjong organization based in the United Kingdom. Their mission is to promote all mahjong styles, although the majority of their activities are riichi-related. According the the UKMA website, they claim that riichi mahjong has existed in the UK for 30 years now. Two clubs are affiliated with the UKMA: Guildford Richi Mahjong Club and Cambridge University Riichi Mahjong Society. Other locations have varying degrees of organized activity. UK tournaments have been held each year since 2009.
