Salvageable

This article can be salvaged, by well, placing greater emphasis on the title: Wind seating. The strategy discussed here can include mahjong situations pertaining to the dealer order. Example: first dealer vs last dealer. Personally, my mentality pertaining to the dealer order differs with the different starting positions. I'm sure this applies to many others too.
