:: Looking over Jikaze, we dissect that then. Once that's done, it becomes a redirect. Oya can get its own article. The position of the dealer is important enough for players to read up on. Parts involving wind seating can be mentioned in either jihai and/or hanchan. Perhaps even yakuhai, if not already.
