Naming convention for 23456 pattern
The term Ryanmenten that has been long in use on the Wiki may in fact be incorrect. Etymologically, we should expect Ryanmenten to be, in kanji, 両面聴. However, that term just refers to a ryanmen wait, a contraction of "ryanmen tenpai". On the Japanese Wikipedia page for tenpai, the 23456-based wait is called 狭義の三面待ち (kyougi no sanmenmachi), which might be literally translated as "strict definition three-sided wait" or "narrow definition three-sided wait", or more localized as "standard three-sided wait". If we call a wait from 23 to be ryanmen, it makes sense to call a wait from 23456 sanmen; it should be labeled as "standard sanmen" to disambiguate it from any other three-sided waits.
