The 2018 North American Open is the first instance of the championship series for the North American continent. It is hosted by the USPML under the guidance of NARMA.
Rules
Tournament rules operate under the WRC rules.
Format and results
The format utilizes a seven hanchan round robin followed by a two hanchan final. Players ranked fifth through twelfth also receive awards.
