Nobetan machi 「ノベタン」 is a tile wait patter, that uses two simultaneous tanki waits. With this pattern, the tenpai hand is looking to pair one of two tiles for completion.
Pattern
The pattern is noticeable as four consecutive numbered tiles. When completed, the above example functions as follows:
