Given the rules, riichi is compatible with all other yaku.  Likewise, riichi and double riichi cannot be combined as they are essentially the same yaku.  It just happens that double riichi is a specific instance of riichi.  As for ippatsu, per rule, it is impossible to attain ippatsu without riichi.
