Spellings

Well be needing to standardize the yaku spellings. Like wise, some of the yaku have alterative spellings, in addition to the common one. For example, Sanshoku vs Sanshoku doujin.

As a reference, I did utilize spelling from this article and transferred some here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_Mahjong_yaku

For yaku like chanta and ittsu (for example), for now, I've resorted to using the common spellings. KyuuAA (talk) 04:12, 31 July 2013 (UTC)

Would it be possible for us to add the english name for the hands as well (like All Simples, etc.). I believe that would make this resource more approachable, and would also help beginner players (like myself) quickly search for the Yaku they are looking for on the fly to see if they can be open or closed. Thank you!
