From what I've been told, people can do that if they're on a paid account. I am a 四段, but I can go right back to 一般 and play at that rate for 45 pts for a win. Of course, I don't want to do that. The scoring is wrong: currently １球 gets same 45pts for １位, same as it was on the ２球.
At the end of every comment, type: ~~~~

From what I've been told, people can do that if they're on a paid account. I am a 四段, but I can go right back to 一般 and play at that rate for 45 pts for a win. Of course, I don't want to do that.
