The 2015 Anime Central Mahjong Tournament will be the fourth edition to the tournament held at Anime Central. The convention itself is held at Rosemont, Illinois near Chicago. The tournament is hosted by the Chicago Area Mahjong Players.

- Hanchan
- Start score: 25,000.
- Goal score: 30,000.
- Uma - 「20 / 10 / -10 / -20」
- Agariyame - Ari
- Akadora - One per suit
- Atozuke - Ari
- Atamahane Nashi
- Double ron - Ari
- Kandora - Immediate reveal with calls for ankan. All other kans are revealed after the player discard.
- Kuikae - Nashi
- Kuitan - Ari
- Multiple yakuman - Single yakuman stack.
- Naki precedence - Override.
- Rinshan daiminkan Pao - Nashi
- Tobi - Ari
- Tochuu ryuukyoku - Nashi
- Yaku - List of yaku
