Northwestern University Riichi Mahjong (NURM), is a Riichi mahjong club within the Chicagoland area, based in Evanston, Illinois, at Northwestern University. Regular meetups are held at Northwestern University's Norris Center on a weekly basis during the academic school year. The group has been active since its inception in April of 2018, and is supported by Chicago Area Mahjong. Northwestern University Riichi Mahjong records stats of final points and placements of all 4-Player full hanchans played during club play.
